80% refund will be given if written cancellation is received at least 1 month before the conference.
50% refund will be given if written cancellation is received at least 2 weeks before the conference.
No refund will be given if cancellation request is received with less than 2 weeks notice before the conference.
All refunds will be issued after the before the conference.
